We have a three-pillar philosophy to support you and your business:

The Foundation – Stress reduction is our number-one goal. Our management philosophy is simple: be a human. We talk to our members, solve problems as soon as they come to our attention, and take responsibility — so you’re free to just work.
The Energy – Well-being is fundamental. We’ve designed our spaces to support that in ways both seen and unseen — from a sauna, cold plunge, and fitness area for a mid- or end-of-day restart, to energetic cleaning out of hours and attention to “what feels right.” We want our spaces to support your creativity and productivity.

The Support – Business is challenging, so we’ve made a few strategic partnerships — along with the community — that we hope will help along the way:
- Able Futures will provide all our members with one year of mental-health sessions.
- The Selby Trust provides one year of free business mentorship for any qualifying members.
- And, of course, all of us together are small businesses — and it feels great to have chats around the coffee machine or attend events with other people who get it.
