We've put together a comparison of the coworking providers in North London — the often overlooked prettier cousin of central London. We're biased, obviously, we run two of them. But we've also been in this neighbourhood a long time, which counts for something.
North London is full of creative entrepreneurs and has a great coworking scene, but with this many options, working out what actually separates one provider from another can be a pain. So here's our attempt to shorten that process: the advantages, the drawbacks where we could find them, and actual pricing for each one. Hopefully it helps you find the right option to get you out of the house.
Pro tip — most places offer free trials, either on their site or over the phone. Try before you commit.

Bespoke Spaces (Archway and Hornsey Road, N19)
We are completely biased about our space and, let's face it, we are writing this blog in the hope that you will come and join us at one of our sites. Having said that, we will do our best to be honest, even about ourselves.
Advantages: Flexible coworking, flex working and office spaces at some of the most affordable rates in north London — genuinely affordable, not just "affordable for London." It's a community rather than a room full of strangers: people know your name here. We're smaller than the big coworking chains, which means less corporate, more of a normal place that provides good offices. What we do have that the big players don't: a rooftop sauna and cold plunge (at Archway), because we love them and they make us feel better and we think people should have that option at work.
Disadvantages: We're smaller than the coworking giants. If you need six meeting rooms and a full floor to yourself, that's not us — we've got a handful, not a wall of them. And Hornsey Road is an 11–12 minute walk from the Overground, so if you need to fall out of the tube and into your desk, pick Archway.

Disadvantages: May exude a corporate vibe, potentially higher pricing compared to independent coworking spaces. The headline membership price needs a 12-month plan, and private office prices are on request.

LABS (Camden Market and Camden Lock)
Advantages: Good facilities, a tech-leaning crowd, workshops and talks.
Disadvantages: Can feel less personal compared to smaller spaces, might be pricier for solopreneurs on a tight budget. The day pass and Roaming membership only work at two of their five Camden buildings.

Uncommon (Highbury & Islington)
Advantages: Members' lounge with free coffee, private courtyard.
Disadvantages: Might not be suitable for those requiring absolute silence due to potential event noise and a bustling environment. The building is listed as not accessible.

Work.Life (Camden)
Advantages: Hot desking and dedicated desks, two minutes from Camden Town.
Disadvantages: Potentially less workspace customization compared to premium options, might get crowded during peak hours. Offices are on 12-month contracts, with shorter ones available at a premium.

Oxford House (Finsbury Park)
Advantages: Located right next to Finsbury Park, serviced offices and meeting rooms, secure bike storage. Beautiful Art Deco building literally on the park.
Disadvantages: Slightly corporate feel, not transparent on pricing, and no day passes or hot desking.

Kozmik (Archway)
Advantages: A friendly atmosphere, hot desking, fixed desks and private offices, meeting rooms and a podcast studio.
Disadvantages: Might not be the ideal choice for those seeking a super modern aesthetic, a bit short on windows.
Pricing (+ VAT): day £20 (or £4 an hour) / 20 credits £350 / fixed desk £295 a month / private offices from £750 (5-person)
Work + Play (Finsbury Park)
Advantages: Hot desking and dedicated desks near Finsbury Park station, word on the street is that they have a great community going there with a large events space offering various activities. (aside from us these guys are our favourite)
Disadvantages: No private spaces available should you need to upsize your business, large space can sometimes be a bit noisy.
Pricing (+ VAT): day £35 / 5–15 days a month from £90 / dedicated desk from £275
Riley Studios (Archway)
Advantages: Contemporary design, Zoom booths, near Archway and Upper Holloway stations.
Disadvantages: Slightly corporate feel and high prices relative to the area. Offices are priced per desk, so you need a quote for the real total.
Pricing (+ VAT): day £35 / 5 days £99 / 10 days £169 / unlimited £259 / dedicated desk £359 / private office from £325 per desk
Spaces (Finsbury Park and Highbury & Islington)
Advantages: Polished, corporate setting for client meetings.
Disadvantages: Corporate, and prices are daily "from" rates, so the real monthly cost only comes from a sales call.

Clockwise (Wood Green)
Advantages: Roof terraces, café and on-site parking.

Which coworking spaces in North London have a sauna? (no one asks this but it would be cooler if they did) Of the spaces here, only Bespoke Spaces Archway: a rooftop sauna and cold plunge for members and day-pass users.
