Bespoke Spaces is an independent coworking company in North London. We've been running coworking and serviced offices for 15 years from two buildings — one in Archway, one in Hornsey, both in the N19 postcode.
We're not a corporate chain and we're not a startup-style coworking experiment. We're a working business with real members, real staff, and a genuine community that's accumulated over the years.
Our coworking memberships work the way they should: flexible monthly contracts, no setup fees, no charges for the basics. You get fast internet, free coffee, real desks, access to meeting rooms, phone booths, a roof terrace, and access to the rooftop sauna and cold plunge at Archway. Day passes are available from £24 with no commitment. If you want to try the space before committing free trials are available.

Located at 14 Windermere Road. Light-filled coworking with a small dedicated coworking floor, private offices, meeting rooms, roof terrace, and the rooftop sauna and cold plunge. Best for people based near the Northern Line, or anyone who values wellbeing, transport and convenience.

near Crouch Hill & Finsbury Park
A larger converted warehouse at 465 Hornsey Road. High ceilings, big windows, outdoor garden, on-site parking, and more space than typical city-centre coworking. Best for people who need more room ordrive to work, — with full sauna access at our Archway site included.
How Memberships Work
Three ways to use our coworking space:
Day passes — £24 for a single day with no commitment. Book in the morning, work in the afternoon. Day passes include sauna access (booked on site).
10-day packs — A discounted pack of 10 days, used over 30 or 90 days. Good for hybrid workers or freelancers who only need a few days a week.
Monthly memberships — Unlimited access during opening hours, includes everything: desk, internet, coffee, meeting rooms, sauna, cold plunge. Monthly rolling — cancel or pause with notice.
All options give access to both Archway and Hornsey — one membership, two buildings. Members also have access to additional paid services like guest passes, mail handling on request, and discounts on meeting rooms.
If you need something more private, our serviced office spaces are available at both sites on flexible terms.
Who Uses Our Coworking Spaces
Our coworking members are mostly:
Freelancers and consultants who don't want to work from their kitchen table every day. People who run their own businesses, take client calls, need a professional environment, and benefit from being around other people who do similar work.
Remote workers whose companies are based elsewhere — often in the US or Europe — and who need a London base for a few days a week. Many have hybrid arrangements where they work from home some days and from a coworking space others.
Small teams of 2-5 people who haven't quite committed to a private office but want more structure than working from home or coffee shops. Some eventually move into our private offices as they grow.
Creative professionals — designers, writers, developers, marketers — who do focused work and need a quiet, well-designed space to do it in.
We're not the right fit for everyone. If you need a loud, party-style coworking environment, you'll be happier elsewhere. If you need a serious, calm, well-run space with people who are getting actual work done, we're probably right.
Coworking With a Sauna on the Roof
Bespoke Spaces is the only coworking space in North London (as far as we know) with an outdoor rooftop sauna and cold plunge. It's at our Archway building and it's included with every coworking membership — both Archway and Hornsey members can use it.
The sauna runs up to 90°C. The cold plunge sits next to it. Most members use it as a reset point in the middle of the workday or as a way to properly switch off at the end. It's part of the Work Well Project — our approach to making the working day genuinely better.
