It's a larger, more spacious workspace than typical North London serviced offices — with high ceilings, Crittall windows, lots of natural light, and on-site parking. Offices are private, lockable rooms with flexible monthly contracts. Leases as long as you need, no fit-out costs, no surprise charges.
Members also have access to the rooftop sauna and cold plunge at our Archway location.
Hornsey is the larger of our two buildings, so the range of office sizes is broader. We have spaces suitable for single-person studios, small teams of 1-2, 3–6, and larger teams of up to 12 or more.

Most of our Hornsey members chose this location for one or more of three reasons:
they need on-site parking and didn't want to deal with London tube commutes; they wanted more space and natural light than smaller central London offices offer; or they're based in North London (Crouch End, Stroud Green, Finsbury Park, Tufnell Park, Holloway) and Hornsey Road is simply more practical for them.
The building itself is the other reason. It was originally converted from four warehouses, which means high ceilings, large windows, skylights, and a sense of space that's genuinely uncommon at this price point in London.
