How Bespoke Spaces Hornsey Works
Our Hornsey members are mostly freelancers, consultants, and small teams who want a serious working environment without commuting into Zone 1. Many run small businesses where space matters. They need room to spread out, take calls, see clients occasionally, and have somewhere to leave equipment between days. Others are teams of three to six who've outgrown working from home but don't yet need a fully private office.
Coworking memberships include fast leased-line internet, free filter coffee and tea, use of the Archway sauna and cold plunge, on-site parking, bike storage, showers, and access to our two North London locations. Day passes are available with no commitment. Monthly memberships can be paused or cancelled with notice. There are no setup fees and no surprise charges.
The building itself is one of the things that makes Hornsey distinctive. It's a converted warehouse with significantly higher ceilings and more natural light than most coworking spaces in North London. On-site parking is rare enough at this price point that it's worth mentioning explicitly: if you or your team commute by car, this matters.
Hornsey sits within easy reach of Finsbury Park, Crouch End, Stroud Green, Tufnell Park, and Holloway — and the Northern Line at Archway is a short journey away when you need to be in central London. Compared with coworking in Camden or Islington proper, you'll typically get more room and lower prices, with the trade-off being slightly longer journey times to Zone 1.
Client Reviews
“I had the pleasure of using Bespoke Spaces' co-working space in Hornsey, and it was a great experience! The environment is quiet and efficient - perfect for getting work done in peace, yet still offering the opportunity to meet great people. I highly recommend using their trial day-pass to see for yourself. A special thank you to Josie, who was incredibly helpful and made my visit even more enjoyable.”

“I rented a designated desk for 3 months, and was very impressed by the friendliness and welcome at Bespoke Spaces. Josie and Roger made the whole process very easy. The other people in the shared desk area were also very friendly..”

“Great space with really helpful and friendly staff. I was able to work on US hours at a fraction of the cost of less accommodating international coworking spaces. Loads of natural light, always available phone booths and really conveniently located above an aldi (and close to a tonne of other restaurants/shops). Would highly recommend to anyone looking for coworking solutions..”

Mostly small businesses, independent consultants, creative teams, service businesses, and remote or hybrid workers who want a professional base in North London. We're not a giant corporate centre — we work with people building real businesses who want somewhere human, flexible, and well-run rather than a faceless office block.
