About this office
This is the showpiece. High ceilings, wooden floors, exposed brick and huge windows that take in the sun. It has its own sink, plus air conditioning and heating.

The building
Bespoke Spaces Archway is independent and owner-run, on Windermere Road, 2 minutes from Archway station on the Northern Line. Ilan and Simon have run Bespoke Spaces themselves since May 2013, so when something needs sorting you talk to the people who own the place.
On the roof there's an electric sauna that gets up to 90°C and fits six, and a cold plunge next to it. Members use both. There's also a fitness area and bookable meeting rooms, including a large one on the roof terrace.
How renting works
- Our prices are for a 12-month agreement. Shorter terms of 3, 6 or 9 months are possible, at a higher monthly price.
- Upfront you pay the first month's rent plus a deposit of two months' rent, returned when you leave.
- The room comes furnished with desks and chairs.
- Come and see it first. Viewings are in person and take about 20 minutes.
